Change your thoughts, emotions and future with this TRICK



I'm so excited! Today I want to talk to you about changing your attitude about the future.
This has totally worked for me. I want to show you what's going to change your future.
This! thinking about a lemon. And here's why!

Say you're depressed or you have anxiety.
Or you have overwhelmed all these negative emotions.
Probably whatever else you can think of as well.
All stem from thinking that things are not going to turn out so well.

So what do we do with that?
We just keep thinking about how it's going to be bad. 
How it's never going to change.
How it's never going to be any different. 

And never ever. They always do this. They always do that. 
And kind of blaming the world. And just sinking down further.
Instead of that, we need to turn around.

It’s like a muscle. We are exercising a muscle.
The emotional muscle of depression. Of anger and resentment.
Whatever that feeling is, we are exercising that feeling.
We need to stop exercising that feeling.

And exercise with another feeling. A positive one. The one we want.
How do we do that? If we think that nothing's ever going to change?
Well you know you can change things. 

You know that if you get enough sleep. 
If you eat well and start working out. 
Everything kind of floats. 
And things are starting to get better.

What if you have that positive stay all the time? 
That positive outlook?
Here's how you do it. 

So, imagine that you have a lemon. I'm cutting it. 
So you have this lemon and you breathe it in.
Close your eyes. 

Imagine the lemon and just squeeze it and breathe in that lemon.
And if you do that for a minute, what happens?
We'll do a little bit longer okay.

Yes. Your mouth starts salivating.
So your body is reacting to this thought.
It's not even a real. You know you don't have a real lemon.
I do!

Your body is reacting to the thought of a lemon.
What we need to do when we get into these grooves of negative emotions, we need to think about how we want it to be. We need to think about this lemon.

If we think about how we want it to be and how it could change you.
If we were all thinking a little bit more positively and we keep thinking about this lemon.
Our bodies are going to start to react to that.

Instead of being angry or frustrated, you're going to get calm and kind of excited about the possibility of changing things. Instead of being an overwhelmed, you're going to actually realize you've got this. You've been through this before. 
You’ve been through worse and you can do it.

So, I want to challenge you.
The next time you have a negative emotion, think about the lemon.
Think about how you want it to be and really focus.

Squeeze it so that you start salivating.
Start reacting to this image of how you want it to be.

So that you can actually empower yourself to make those changes and to change your future.
